Jeremy is a filmmaker/photographer who turned his passion for the firearms industry into a dream job. Having identified a need in the 2A industry, he and some like-minded friends started Offensive Marketing Group to help bring their unique skill sets to an industry in dire need of “outside of the box” marketing approaches. Jeremy brings 15 years of experience as a creative director specializing in photography and cinematography. Additionally, Jeremy has been serving the 2A industry with marketing for seven years. Jeremy brings over 500 hours of firearms training experience to the team, also taking on the mantle of armorer in the OMG studio. From tactics and gear to ballistics, Jeremy strives to be a subject matter expert for the OMG suite of clients and their products.
Scott brings 20 years of content production experience and team leadership to OMG. With posts ranging from writing/producing/editing in the newsroom at one of Phoenix’s top television stations, working in story development on the backlot of Paramount Studios in Hollywood, to writing/producing/directing a feature film and helming big budget commercial projects, there is no aspect of the production lifecycle that he has not been deeply engaged with. From 2013 to present, he has also been a passionate contributor to major industry leading publications (Harris Publications, Beckett Media, Athlon Outdoors), regularly writing editorial, producing magazine cover photography, and developing multimedia content for the firearms and self-defense related sectors.
Jared is the operational brain behind OMG. With a Master's degree in Leadership, 16 years of experience as an account manager, 9 years of experience in business development, and 6 years of experience in business strategy; Jared brings an expansive amount of expertise to the leadership team at OMG. Having come a long way from being 1 of the trio of rag-tag trailblazers with a dream who started OMG, Jared is now proud to manage the day-to-day operations of the business and the growing team of rockstar professionals who make it all possible. In addition, Jared takes pride in developing solid relationships with all OMG clients, developing new connections, and maintaining oversight on client accounts to ensure successful growth for every client. Jared’s mission is to integrate the OMG ethos into every aspect of the business and OMG client strategies.
Chris Blackford is a Producer, Director, and Writer who joined OMG in 2023 as a producer, bringing with him years of work experience from a large swath of industries. Going back to school at 35 to start his second act, he chased after a long time dream of working in the film production industry.
After turning a passion for writing into a dream career as a storyteller, Heatherly Grace brings almost a decade of marketing and communications expertise to OMG as Account Supervisor. She's built brands for freedom-fighting startups, crafted campaigns for global nonprofits, and managed marketing initiatives from social media and digital ads to broadcast and editorial to PR and more. Here at OMG, she utilizes strategic storytelling to capture and compel audiences across the 2A space.
Josiah Hunt is digital media professional who has earned the position of Lead Editor and Compositor at OMG. He started learning 3D modeling and animation in 2007, and has since developed many professional skill sets across the post-production field with over 10 years of work experience. Starting with OMG in 2019, Josiah has developed industry-current processes and standards that allow the company's editing team to put out cutting edge work.
Alexander Payan is a Video Editor, Filmmaker, all around Creative Visionary and has his Bachelors of Science degree in Film Production. He’s passionate about storytelling, cinematography, and producing moving/heartfelt videos that leave a lasting impression on the viewer.
Patrick Kebert is a Video Editor who joined OMG in late 2021. Growing up he was enthralled by the fantasy worlds and stories created in films, such as The Lord of The Rings, and began delving into the post-production side of filmmaking at an early age. Although he has a quiet personality, his goal is to create impactful videos that evoke emotion in the viewer.
Nick Robinson is a Writer and Social Media Account Manager who joined the OMG Team in 2019, and strives to realize the creative potential that the 2A Industry possesses while finding fresh perspectives and inspiration for his clients' needs.
Erica Mauk found her passion for the firearms industry in 2012 when she began her experience as an Administrative Assistant at one of the country's largest firearms retailers and gun ranges. Over the years she has developed many skills in Marketing, Networking, Event Planning and Social Media Management. In 2022 she came to the OMG family as a full time Social Media Account Manager. The challenge of working/marketing within the 2A community is what keeps her driven and engaged daily.
Coming up on a decade in the firearms industry, Joshua brought his retail experience and product expertise to OMG as a Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist. His background provides him a unique ability to bridge the gap between the folks researching their next purchase and the teams behind the counter selling and developing new products. When he isn't building at the bench or shooting at the range, you can find him putting his B.A. in Jazz Performance to work at venues across the country.
Conor Crow is a digital media artist who prides himself on possessing a wide breadth of knowledge and a diverse skill set in the creative field. Gaining a comprehensive understanding of visual content production while traveling the world as a premiere live music photographer and filmmaker, he has brought his unique eye and approach to the craft to his new home at OMG.
Mitch joined OMG in March of 2024, coming to the team with 10+ years of photography experience and a love for the firearms industry. Over the past three years creating cinematic content in the 2A space, Mitch has developed an innovative perspective and technical proficiency he’s excited to bring to OMG clients.
